Given the strength of South Carolina’s rebounding, Oregon State was going to need to shoot really well from beyond the arc today. The Beavers did that in the first half, but that didn’t translate to the third quarter. The Gamecocks locked down on defense and only gave Oregon State three attempts from beyond the 3-point line and the Beavers didn’t connect on any of those.
Now, they enter the fourth quarter trailing by 12. Are we going to see a bit of a run here? Or have the Gamecocks extended this lead enough for smooth sailing in these final 10 minutes?
